Soma City exists to take the good news to those who are far from Jesus by pursuing meaningful, no-strings attached friendships with those close to us. Our goal is to be the most barbecue grilling, story-telling, fence hopping, meal sharing, risk taking, community dreaming, injustice fighting, party throwing, story celebrating friends in our neighborhoods + networks.

Resident Position: Young Adult Coordinator + Executive Assistant
This is a front-row seat to what God is doing in the lives of emerging adults and a great opportunity to grow into the leader God created you to be. This one year Resident program is designed to help propel you forward both as a leader and as a follower of Jesus. This particular role is for someone who feels like vocational ministry may be a career path and wants to explore that in a real world setting.

Elementary Director
Soma City is currently in a season of rapid growth and nowhere is that more evident than in our kids' environments. With our average weekly kids numbers growing beyond 150 we need to expand the team so that we can continue to make space for families and continue being the best friend our city has ever known.

Student Director
Soma City Church is in an exciting season of growth—doubling in size over the last two years as people are getting baptized, inviting friends, and growing in their friendship with Jesus. We believe our student ministry is the next great area of opportunity, and we’re looking for a Student Director who can unleash its full potential. This role calls for a leader who believes students are capable of incredible things, who can raise up and equip a team of leaders, and who can use systems and structures to create a ministry centered on relationships with students, families, and the city.

As Production Team Leader, you’ll partner with our Service Programming Director to craft high-quality, distraction-free worship experiences that help people connect with Jesus. You’ll lead the behind-the-scenes storyteller teams that oversee sound, lighting, video, and livestream.
